By purchasing this product, you are purchasing unlimited access to all current and future digital artwork that I create. All files will be available to you via Google Drive. At this moment I have 750+ sets of artwork available, and every time I add a new set or new illustration to the shop, this will also be added to the Google Drive storage. This way you will always stay up-to-date with any new designs I publish.

♥ HOW TO ACCESS, DOWNLOAD & OPEN YOUR FILES ♥

When your order has been fully processed a .PDF file will be available for download.

This .PDF file will hold two links to my Google Drive storage:

• a link to my complete clipart set storage

• a link to my complete digital paper storage

• a link to my complete postcard storage

• a link to my complete craft sheet storage

Once you have accessed the Google Drive storage you will be able to download each separate set. All sets are available as zip-files. You can download these zip-files to your computer/laptop where you will need to open them to get to your files. Make sure your computer has software installed to open zip-files. You can download free software for Windows here: http://download.cnet.com/WinZip/3000-2250_4-10003164.html Mac computers already have software installed to open zip-files. Just double click on the file to open it.

PLEASE NOTE - downloading zip-files is best done on a computer or laptop. Most tablets and smartphones are not able to recognize and open zip-files and will therefore not download them!

♥ USING & EDITING YOUR FILES ♥

Please keep in mind that for editing and working with digital images you need to use image editing software! Make sure you have access to this kind of software (on your computer or online) and you know how to work with it when you are planning on creating other graphics/products with my files.

♥ ABOUT COMMERCIAL USE ♥

1. You are allowed to sell physical prints (stickers, art prints, postcards) of my illustrations without altering anything about the design.

2. You are allowed to print my illustrations on end products like mugs, t-shirts, bags, pillows, home decor, fabric etc. and you may use the services of a Print On Demand company for this.

3. You are allowed to sell DIGITAL end products with these designs as long as the illustration is a small part of the design that you sell and you are not just using the original illustration file as part of a digital set. You will need to create a different digital end file. Examples are: a digital calendar or a digital planner. Examples that are NOT allowed: digital junk journal kit, digital postcard set, digital scrapbook set, digital art print.

4. You are NOT allowed to sell the original digital files or share them online.

5. You may sell the end products under your own (brand) name, but copyright will always remain with The Dutch Lady Designs and will not be transferred to you. Therefore it is not allowed/not possible to claim copyright on the illustrations.

6. You may sell as many end products as you like, there is no maximum amount.

7. You may use my illustrations for marketing purposes, as long as they are only a part of a marketing/brand design. Think of social media banners, logos, advertisements etc. created with my illustrations and other design components.

8. You do not have to credit me (Daphne Populiers) or my business (The Dutch Lady Designs) in your end products. Should you wish to do so, I would be very grateful though.
